About the Owner
Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, 24 year old Alicia Brooks is a recent graduate of The University of South Carolina Columbia where she obtained her B.S. in Mass Communications. With years of experience in modeling, acting,
and singing, she has always had a passion for finding new creative outlets. Building A&R Marketing & Promotions has been the perfect way to push that creativity. She is excited to be able to help businesses thrive in a fast-changing world and assist entrepreneurs in propelling their brand.

All services and products are non-refundable. All sales are final. You can terminate your services for design creation or social media management services at any time. Terminations are reviewed and confirmed immediately and you will not be charged for terminating. If you terminate your services in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the current cycle.

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Although shipping is rare through A&R Marketing and Promotions, once your order is designed, packed, and shipped you will get a notification with tracking information. Please allow a few days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-15 to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process.
